Behind Vlue are two people with a long career in the restaurant trade. He comes from a family of rice growers. She’s passionate about the sea. And together, they’re a crew of two.

Ten years ago they set sail on this project in the Marina de València, to offer honest food at reasonable prices in a special setting. So Vlue is about good rice and Mediterranean dishes, but it’s also a place to celebrate life by the sea, with long, lazy lunches and summer evenings on the terrace.
